My practice is private pay, allowing us to focus on your goals rather than insurance limitations or diagnostic requirements. Sessions Rates are as follows:Individual counseling: $150 per sessionRelationship counseling: $150 per sessionFamily counseling: $150 per session
I believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to meaningful care. My rates are intentionally set to make high-quality therapy more accessible while preserving the personalized attention, clinical integrity, and thoughtful care every client deserves. If you would like to work with me but my rates are out of reach, please get in touch! Limited financial assistance is available, and I am able to accept some insurance plans.All payments must be made prior to/at the time of service, including applicable copays.
Discounted/sliding scale sessions are offered on a limited basis and are reserved for clients with demonstrated financial need. Availability varies and is assessed collaboratively during the consultation process. My intention is to balance accessibility with sustainability, so that I can continue offering high-quality care to all clients.

Because therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process, all gifted sessions are subject to clinical appropriateness and the recipient’s willingness to participate. Therapy is most effective when it begins as a choice, and every client deserves the opportunity to determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.
