Meet Your Therapist
Jonathan Jackson, LMFTA, MBA
For years, I've worked at the intersection of healing, leadership, education, and storytelling, helping individuals and organizations better understand the stories shaping their lives.
Every conversation begins with curiosity.
Every experience is designed with intention.
Every story is treated with dignity.

Reauthor Your Story. One Line at a Time.
I believe therapy should do more than help people cope. It should help them understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lives that feel more aligned with their values and hopes for the future.
My work is grounded systemic approaches to change, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Together, these approaches help us explore the patterns, relationships, and stories shaping your life while building on the strengths and resources you already possess. My work isn’t about searching for something that’s “wrong” with you. It’s about understanding what has shaped you, discerning which stories no longer serve you, and intentionally authoring a better story that’s more aligned with who you are, what you value, and the life you want.
I won’t tell you who to become. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer practical tools, and create a space where insight can become action. Because meaningful change doesn’t happen all at once. It happens through intentional choices, lived consistently, until they become part of a better story.

Individual Therapy
Reconnect with yourself. Clarify what matters. Move forward with intention.
Life can become overwhelming for many reasons. Anxiety that won’t quiet down. A major life transition. Grief that lingers longer than expected. A relationship that leaves you questioning yourself. Or simply the growing realization that the life you’re living no longer feels aligned with the person you want to become.
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life while building on the strengths, values, and resources you already possess.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when we understand ourselves more deeply. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, we’ll work toward lasting change by strengthening self-awareness, improving emotional flexibility, and helping you move through life with greater confidence, connection, and purpose.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, identity questions, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and begin creating the future you want to live.
Relationship Therapy
Rebuild connection. Relearn each other. Reauthor your story. Together.
Every relationship develops patterns. Some strengthen connection, trust, and intimacy. Others quietly create distance, misunderstanding, and conflict over time. Often, couples find themselves having the same arguments in different forms, wanting the same things but struggling to communicate them in ways the other person can truly hear.
Relationship therapy isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong. It’s about helping both partners better understand themselves, one another, and the relational patterns that have developed between them.
Together, we’ll strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and develop practical ways of responding differently during the moments that matter most. Whether you’re dating, engaged, married, navigating life transitions, recovering from betrayal, or simply feeling disconnected, therapy provides a space to intentionally create a healthier way of relating.
Healthy relationships aren’t built by avoiding conflict. They’re built by learning how to move through it with greater understanding, compassion, and intention.

Family Therapy
Make room for every voice. Restore connection. Shape what's next. Together.
Families are living systems. Every member influences, and is influenced by, the relationships around them. When one part of the system changes, the entire family feels its impact.
Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, parenting concerns, blended family dynamics, adolescent transitions, conflict between family members, grief, or significant life changes, family therapy creates a space where every voice matters and new patterns can begin to emerge.
Rather than focusing on one person as “the problem,” we’ll work together to better understand the relationships, expectations, and interaction patterns shaping your family. My role is to help create conversations that foster understanding, strengthen connection, and support healthier ways of relating to one another.
Families don’t become stronger by becoming perfect. They become stronger by learning how to navigate life’s challenges together with greater empathy, flexibility, and trust.
